Every batch follows the same path — from raw chickpea intake to sealed, labelled bags — so the grade and crunch you receive is always consistent.
We procure raw chickpeas directly from verified farmers and mandis across the Nandyal and Kurnool districts — traceable from farm to mill.
Chickpeas pass through destoners and aspirators to remove stones, dust, and shrivelled grain before roasting.
Cleaned chickpeas are roasted in rotating drum roasters at controlled temperatures to achieve uniform colour, crunch, and low moisture.
Roasted grain is dehusked and split into halves — producing the classic friedgram (dalia) finish ready for snacking or flour use.
Each batch is inspected for moisture, colour, and foreign matter compliance with FSSAI norms before it moves to packaging.
Sealed in food-grade bags, labelled, and dispatched. Logistics arranged for bulk orders across the district and beyond.
